متین خسروی، جوان ۲۴ ساله اهل تالش در استان گیلان بود که در جریان اعتراضات مردمی جان خود را از دست داد. او در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ بر اثر شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی در زادگاهش، تالش، جان باخت. متین به عنوان یکی از حامیان نظام پادشاهی و شاهزاده رضا پهلوی شناخته میشد و مواضع صریحی در مخالفت با حکومت داشت. او پیش از جانباختن، در پیامی صوتی به برادرش، ضمن اعلام وفاداری به آرمانهای خود، آرزویش را برای زندگی در ایرانی متفاوت و تحت حکومت پادشاهی بیان کرده بود؛ پیامی که نشاندهنده امید او به تغییر و رسیدن به روزهای روشنتر برای کشورش بود.
